We’ve created this store to provide another option for our customers, although you don’t need to use it in order to shop with us. You can also place orders by phone, e-mail us, or set up an appointment to view the work in person at our studio in Lively (City of Greater Sudbury). Shopping for artwork is very personal, and we do our best to help you select a piece that you’ll love, or that you’ll love to offer as a special gift!

SHIPPING
We offer free shipping in Canada for orders placed on our online store.  For larger sculptures and larger orders, please contact us for shipping prices and availability
Orders are usually shipped by Canada Post Expedited. Once your item is shipped, we will e-mail you with the tracking information. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days upon receiving the order. Delivery times depend on your location, time of year (especially the holiday season), etc. If you require your order faster, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Extra shipping fees may apply. We do ship to P.O. Boxes.

RETURN POLICY
Please choose your artwork carefully as we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All items are final sale. If you notice damage upon unpacking your artwork, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to make it right. All damages must be reported within 48 hrs of postal tracking showing receipt of the order.

PAYMENT
Our online store uses PayPal for payment processing. If you wish to use another method of payment, please contact us to discuss the other payment options that we offer outside of our online store.

INVENTORY
The items in our store are limited editions, and inventory is limited online. If you require more than the amount offered online, please contact us for availability and timeline for additional pieces.

COLOUR AND VARIATION ON ARTWORK
Please note that each piece is hand-finished by the artist, so no two artworks are exactly alike; there will be slight differences. Our frames for the relief work are handmade, so they may also have minor variations in appearance. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

ARTWORK SIZE
All measurements are approximate, and could vary slightly. It’s sometimes hard to gauge the scale of an item in a photo, so please read the measurements carefully to ensure that the artwork is the right size for you, and for the space you have in mind.
